　　下午好，很感谢各位家长在百忙中抽出时间来参加今天的家长会，很高兴能有这样一个机会，能和大家进行面对面的交流。我是七年级1.2.3.4班的英语任课教师，我姓周。今天我想就七年级的英语教学和这半学期在教学中存在的一些问题与各位家长共同探讨，以便更好地帮助孩子学好英语，用好英语，为日后的英语学习打好扎实的基础。

　　先说说本学期英语学习的内容：

　　1、26个字母大小写，会说会写，并且在书写英文字母时会正确书写顺序；在初学英语的阶段掌握好26个字母的听说读写，这对我们今后所要接触的大量的词汇的听说读写很重要

　　2、课本后的单词表，颜色越深表示越重要。这就要同学们回家去复习，消化这些单词。词汇是七年级考试的重要内容，一定要过关。

　　3、课文中的对话，日常交际用语。不要求每个同学都会背，但是要求熟练，流畅的读出来，说出来。

　　4、听力训练：试卷中听力题的比重占三分之二。所以说每天的听录音跟读任务还是不容忽视的。

　　5.配套的基础训练，这是我们七年级的英语唯一的一套课外练习，我通常带领孩子在班上做完综合训练A部分的听力，而笔试就让孩子们回家去完成。综合训练B部分会作为考试卷测试孩子们这个单元的掌握情况。希望家长能及时询问孩子的小测试成绩以及了解孩子们这段时间的英语学习情况。

　　七年级英语，是初一英语学习中一个重要的起步阶段。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的`可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。所以这也造成英语成绩两极分化十分严重，无论是每次的听写小测试还是刚刚结束的期中考试，有的同学100分的成绩，而有的同学只有三、四十分的成绩。所以请家长一定要从现在起重视孩子的英语学习，不然到了五六年级补都来不及了。

　　可是，每个班总会有一部分不自觉的学生不能按时完成作业、不能背诵课文、不做回家作业、更不能正确的听写出课文的单词……，通常为了让孩子有个适应过程，我教得很慢，并且上英语课之前都安排班上读音清晰，准确的同学上台来带领全班同学读学过的课文和单词，照理说有足够的时间，可以课课过关了，可是出乎我意料的是有几个同学连第一课几个句子都不会背。每次听写的时候，总是有同学无法完成听写任务，单词过不了关，考试竟然还有相当一部分同学出现不及格现象。了解下来才知道那些孩子在家里从来就不做英语回家作业，从来就没有听英语磁带，也没有背课文和单词。对于七年级来说，英语成绩90分也差不多是正常的范围，毕竟题型还是相当容易的。所以那些不及格现象怎不让人担心呢？

　　英语是一门特殊的学科，光靠学校几节课时间是远远不够的。在学校老师会尽最大的努力进行教学，但课余时间还需要广大家长大力配合。如：听录音、背诵要家长多督促；每课的单词（课文 B部分）这是基础之基础，得督促孩子先背诵并家长给孩子听写这几个单词，直到全部会背会写为止。这样课堂上听写的时候，正确率才能高，可有相当一部分同学听写本上每次的听写成绩都是不及格，带回家去订正也没有家长签名，而老师也不知道家长是否了解孩子在学校的英语学习情况，希望家长能关注一下。为了协助孩子更好地学好英语，请家长配合老师完成以下工作：

　　1. 确保孩子每天至少边听录音，边跟读课文15分钟，要读出声音，最好家长在旁监督，会更有效。

　　2. 每天检查孩子的回家作业是否完成，保证第二天能按时上交。在这里我恳请每位家长认真督促孩子完成老师每天布置的作业，尤其是一开始，七年级英语刚刚接触书面作业，一定要严格要求他们的英语书写，写得不好的家长也可以要求他们重新做，过关了才给他们签名；检查作业主要看他们书写和格式以及上次老师的批改，注意检查他们有没有订正，有时候，老师在学生的作业本上批了订正，但是交上来的时候学生并没有去订正，并且家长也在上面签字了。我想，老师之所以让家长在孩子的作业本上签字，也是希望通过这个途径让家长们了解孩子每天的学习情况，希望各位家长能够支持老师的工作，如果您有什么意见也可以写在作业本上，便于及时沟通.

　　3. 开学以来，很多学生忘记带作业本，带英语课本的现象还是经常发生，上课没有书，只能和同桌共看一本书，结果是一堂课下来，老师讲的知识没有学到多少，和同桌的感情却加深了不少，我希望家长能够每天按照课表提醒孩子收拾好书包，检查好明天要带的作业和课本，养成良好的学习习惯。

　　二、其次，想跟大家交流四个问题

　　1.首先和大家交流一个问题：孩子上了初中以后，总有一部分家长很纳闷：我家的孩子在小学能考到八九十分，为什么到了初中，成绩不令人满意，甚至有些失望呢?

　　这个问题的答案首先与各个学习阶段的特点有关：小学阶段以赏识教育为主，要在很小的时候培养学生的自信心，试卷内容大多与课本有关，因此考试分数自然会很高。初中则是以普及教育为主，考试会照顾到大部分学生，因此分数也较高。但是，初中教育，特别是在以高考为最终目标的大背景下，就是以选拔为目的了，所以，考试难度与深度会有很大的提升，得分率自然就会下降，孩子们的考试分数自然会低一些。所以拿初中甚至小学的分数来衡量孩子们初中的学习，是不科学的。

　　其次，与学生自身的学习方式和学习习惯有关：初中阶段学习科目多而且难，要求学生必须学会自主学习(自觉主动地去学习)，即变“要我学”为“我要学”，再也不能像初中甚至小学那样靠老师和家长盯着学，那样成绩自然会下降。

　　2.第二个问题，为什么同一个班级的孩子三年后成绩差别那么大?成绩进步大的一定是那些学习习惯和个性好的孩子。孩子为什么会这样，其实因素很多，这不仅仅与学习基础有关，最主要的是与孩子的心态、学习方式及学习习惯密切相关。学生的学习方式及习惯是极其重要的，直接影响和决定学生的成绩。不要到初三时才感慨，现在我们不是不想学，而是在初一、初二时没有养成良好的学习习惯，没能改变自己的学习方式以适应初中的学习，现在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，现在必须努力学习。

　　在此，我希望家长们要时时关注孩子的学习习惯和个性，也就是情商问题。大量的实例证明了一个人的成功主要取决于情商，其次才是智商，两者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英语学科举足轻重，就必须爱英语，以十足的干劲学好英语。

　　3.第二个问题，请家长们正确看待孩子在班级的考试名次，当孩子名次退步时，原因是多方面的，首先帮助他树立信心，然后一起帮助分析原因，而不要盲目地批评甚至打骂孩子。“望子成龙，望女成凤”是我们共同的心愿，但在初一更应注重孩子学习习惯的培养、学习方式的转变，让孩子快乐的成长进步，严格遵循教育教学规律。

　　三、我想对在座的各位家长提出几点温馨提示。

　　和孩子一起确定一个他能够达到的目标——家长适度的期望值。

　　我们学生学习英语的机会应该说非常有限的和非常之少的，一方面孩子们有许多功课要学，另一方面许多学生英语课堂效率低下。下面我就以下5点谈谈学习英语要注意的方面。

　　1、英语课堂学习应该注重课堂学习效果，45分钟非常宝贵且有限，我们力争要在这短短的时间内掌握所有的英语知识。英语当天学习的内容应该当天消化，如果不能及时消化就会积食，造成听课越听越不懂，形成恶性循环！英语学习重在平时，每天做好预习与复习工作。想要靠临时突击，临时抱佛脚的做法不可取也不可行。

　　我确信：英语要学好和智商无关，学不好英语的人都是懒惰的人。所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。

　　2、作业一定要按时独立完成，不要成为学习上的“寄生虫”。作业是老师检查了解学生知识掌握情况的一个有效途径，要求同学们能如实客观地对待作业。知之为知之，不知为不知，宁愿独立完成的空几题的作业，也比完全不经过自己大脑思考抄袭来的作业质量高得多。许多同学自觉性差，平时空空两手回家，早上早早赶来抄，每天我都布置了一定的英语作业，因此请各位家长能关注一下你的子女有没有将作业带回家来做，并督促子女认真复习。

　　3、学习习惯是第一生产力。许多同学英语学习好，并不是他（她）比别人聪明，而是学习习惯比较好。良好的学习习惯可以大大提高你的学习效果，我们班的刘里杰，姜艳芳，李辉龙，李柯欧等同学，她们学习态度端正，上课认真，书写工整，正因为如此，无论什么考试都能取得很好的成绩，这与她平时良好的学习习惯是分不开的！而有些同学你看似认真，却是身在心不在，学习重在表象，完全不扎实，综合素质却没有真正提高。课外也不下功夫，一堂课几个单词，一两个重点句型下节课过来提问一问三不知，又何谈课外扩展与素质提升？这样的现象很普遍，说到底，还是好的习惯没有养成，不够勤奋。另外还有几个同学，他们的潜力很大，但因为还不够认真刻苦，所以没有发挥出自己最好的水平，希望家长能够配合老师，把孩子的成绩抓上去。我坚信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指导下能够及时完成老师布置的任务，那么一定能学好。要教导您的孩子一开始就要有吃苦耐劳的精神。坚持严谨的学习作风，成绩马上就会见效。

　　承诺2：用博客记录孩子们在校生活的点点滴滴。我一共教六个班，共238个学生，目前已经完成了给30多个孩子的诗歌或小文章，我希望我能关注到每一个孩子，在与他们共同学习的时间内写到每一个孩子，所以希望大家耐心等待，我需要时间。

　　三、三个指导思想：

　　1、激发学生学习英语的兴趣。

　　我主要采取课堂上发帖画、做游戏、表演故事、绘画、看英语动画片等方式。

　　2、树立学生学好英语的自信心。

　　起始阶段的英语学习只要求孩子能听能说。由于孩子年领较小，在起始阶段时会有一个沉默期，进一步的听和说都需要一个过程。所以，对孩子在学习过程中出现的问题不要过分急于纠正，不要强迫学生背单词、背句子。对一时开不了口的孩子要从多听录音入手，在听录音的同时鼓励孩子模仿。

　　3、养成良好的英语学习习惯

　　在课堂上，要求学生认真听录音、模仿、大声朗读，在同学发言时可以不出声跟读。

　　在家里，每天坚持听录音至少15-20分钟。要教会孩子使用录音机。鼓励孩子把当天在英语课上学到的内容用英语重复出来,并鼓励孩子在平时积极、大胆、大声开口说英语。

　　四、五个要求：

　　1、单词：能够根据图片或实物说单词，不要求认读单词。

　　2、句子：能够听懂书中重点句子，不要求认读,能与他人进行简单的对话。

　　3、歌曲歌谣：能够熟练掌握几首自己喜欢的歌曲歌谣，其他的能够跟着音乐唱出关键词和句即可。

　　4、故事：能听懂并指图说出关键句子。不要求每句话都会说。

　　5、人物，在目录前面，要求能熟练叫出他们的名字。

　　上述要求是最低要求，您可以根据自己孩子的情况适当提高，但原则是孩子可以接受，比如您要求孩子背单词，孩子并不反感，您就可以这样做。

　　五、 补充说明:典范英语。

　　这是一套学校补充的阅读材料，目的是培养学生的阅读兴趣，希望孩子们能通过多听录音，模仿跟读，角色扮演等形式，最终达到熟练朗读的目的，但是如果孩子一时读不好也不要急于求成。

　　下一步我准备收集孩子们关于典范英语的`录音、录像和绘画等资料，有条件的家长可以给孩子录音或者录像，在激发孩子学习兴趣的同时也为孩子留下宝贵的资料。

　　期中成绩：参考40人，32人及格（72），16人优秀（96分），4人特优（108），年级排名第10（12）。相比较年级其它班级，我们班的特优率和优秀率都基本保持持平（略高于），但是为什么我们的班的成绩会排到年级后列呢？首先一点，试卷上的题目基本都是考前讲过练过了的，如果大家能够课堂40分钟认真听讲并作笔记，参与课堂活动，并在回家后复习，独立高质量的完成各项作业要求，理想分数应该是排到年级前六（三班如是）。但是这次仅仅排到第10名，并且平均分是相对靠后的，这就说明同学们在学习过程中，认真听讲，参与课堂，笔记，回家复习，独立完成作业并未达到要求。

　　每个在座的同学们认真思考下认真听讲了没有？参与课堂活动了没有？做笔记了没有？反过来，说话，上课完东西，刻橡皮章，看东看西就是不看黑板屏幕，这些现象层出不穷。每次上课最起码整顿一次课堂纪律。回家复习，作业等也不容乐观。每次周末回来交作业就像打仗是的，该补作业的补作业，也有同学顶风冒险将空白本子或者未完成的作业上交，就赌老师发现不了。让大家抄单词的时候哀声一片，让大家背单词的时候钻空子，一听写又陷入死循环，不会的同学继续罚抄，有同学宁愿罚抄也不愿意动脑经去背书。讲练习册时，不管正确与否，只追求一个正确答案，不求甚解，讲解时反反复复就是那十几个同学提问，讲完了，也就收起来了，不会进行及时的反思和总结，并且讲完了还不知道自己错哪里不懂的订正的人也存在一部分。

　　在英语课堂上，大部分同学都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，同学认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要同学在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分同学都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。

　　我知道，很多家长都是很重视自己孩子的英语学习的，因为英语学习不管是对我们的日常生活还是升学工作来说，都产生着重要的作用，有着重大的意义。而我们初中阶段的教学在于培养学生的学习兴趣，良好的语言习惯与运用英语进行交际的能力及跨文化意识。因此，我的课堂也是围绕听说读写这几个方面对所学知识进行操练和运用。通过一个多学期的教学，我们2班的孩子大多数的孩子自尊心强，上进心强，学习能力也不错，虽然这次考的不好，但是我还是对我们的孩子有信心的。问题来了，大部分的同学学习态度不端正、学习习惯差。正是因为这个问题，才导致以上的情况。

　　究其根源，个人认为是因为学生安于现状，没有目标和动力，没有竞争意识。

　　针对以上问题，我向各位家长提一些方法和策略，希望得到各位家长的配合和支持。

　　1. 督促孩子在家听英语磁带，周末在家每天坚持听读20分钟以上，这将对孩子的学习提高有很大的帮助。

　　2. 请家长督促孩子在家完成周末作业，以免他们来学校时互相抄袭。有的时候默写或者背诵，我会请各位家长签字。背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家长在这里要作好检查督促的工作，不要用不懂英语来帮助你的孩子学会偷懒，你可以报中文，让你的孩子默写，然后对照书本批改订正，坚持的话，你一定会有意想不到的效果。还有句型，学生应该在课上领会句型的意思和运用方法。课后还需要通过多读课文，多练习才能巩固所学的句型。所以请各位家长不光要注重孩子背单词短语的情况，还要让他重视句子的重要性。

　　3. 每个周末我都会布置阅读作业，请一定督促您的孩子独立按照要求完成作业。得阅读者得半边天。

　　我们几位科任老师和各位家长有着共同的心愿，都想尽自己最大的努力去培养我们的孩子，他们个个都聪明、可爱，只是有些孩子的潜能还未得到充分的挖掘。今后，我也希望与各位家长共同努力，如果孩子遇到学习问题，我们及时沟通，望家长能够配合解决。我还是那句话，我们的孩子们不是没有学习能力，而是学习态度、学习行为习惯不好，只要我们加强监管，帮助他们形成好的习惯，成绩会上来的。

　　几点英语教学的几点心得：

　　1，孩子的教育应该是整体的教育。

　　课上功夫在课外。孩子对知识的理解、吸收和运用却取决于她自己的综合能力和习惯。而这个能力和习惯一是受制于天赋，二是由后天的养成所决定。学习效果不好往往是跟能力的培养和习惯是否好有关，而不能简单地怪孩子懒惰贪玩。找出背后的原因，细致地分析，把对孩子的培养渗透到生活的每一方面。生活和课堂是相通的。比如说：作业的问题可能出自行为习惯上，如果一个孩子在生活上就是饭来张口、衣来伸手，那么做作业的时候马虎了事就是意料之中的了。所以，要从生活的点滴中来正确引导孩子，在生活各方面勤快、懂事的孩子，在学习上也会勤奋自觉。

　　2，知识要转化为能力。

　　所谓素质教育是其实是能力的教育，英语是第二语言，学习的时候容易脱离实际而变得枯燥，也容易出现考试好但实际运用差的情况。为了避免这种问题，在英语课上，我本着以学生为主体的原则，创造性地传授知识，培养孩子独立思考的习惯以及实际运用语言的能力。上课时我尽量用全英语教学，主要用启发式而不是传统的翻译式来使得学生理解词语和句子的意思。对于抽象的词和语法，我也会用中文进行解释。我在课堂上尽量创设与生活贴近的情境，采用多种的形式和游戏来创造机会给学生练习，再加上用两人或小组讨论、操练的形式来进行复习和巩固，使孩子们觉得上英语课就像在做游戏一样，和生活很贴近，绕有趣味。

　　3，掌握科学的学习方法：在坐各位都是事业上的成功者，很多也曾是学习高手，把你们的经验教给孩子，与他们一起探索适合他自己的学习方法。

　　比如预习新课的时候不要告诉孩子她看不明白的地方，这样她在第二天上课的时候就会专心地听，自己来找答案，豁然开朗。总的来说，学习英语就是持之以恒、兴趣为先，在有兴趣的基础上，多读、多记，像学习语文一样扩大课外阅读量。英语课本是局限的，而课外的阅读是非常广泛而生动有趣的。

　　4，严格要求孩子要订正作业，错的单词每个抄三遍，错题要用显眼颜色的笔标出来，并且懂得为什么错，便于复习。一年级的学生认知水平有限，自我领悟和独立学习的能力有待进一步形成，这一阶段他们的学习更需要家长的关心和督促，所以希望家长们坚持每天检查作业完成情况，适时鼓励或鞭策，并在作业上签字。感谢你们的配合和关注！

　　开学初我们已经见过面，大家比较了解。这学期我们英语书采用了新教材，可以说初期的过度还是很顺利的。一方面孩子比较配合我的工作，另一方面我自认为我对这班的孩子是尽心尽责的。我每天早来晚走，一心扑在英语教学上。四个班的作业本，练习册，试卷等等我都认真的进行批改。特别是对成绩较差的学生，我付出了更多多，但是结果却还不是那么的尽如人意。我分析后发现问题主要出在孩子的学习方法和学习习惯上。我发现学习成绩好的孩子，他们都有好的学习习惯和学习方法。

　　好的听课习惯。课堂是教学最重要的环节，紧紧抓住40分钟比课后补四个小时都有用。课堂上应该要集中注意力，跟着老师走。这样不会漏掉任何一个知识点，才会学得全面。我发现有的同学在课堂上始终能保持注意力的集中，有的则是只能集中一段时间，还有一小部分是几乎没有多少时间是集中注意力的，手在下面动不停，老师点名的时候好一些，一转脸又不知道在干什么了。上课不听怎么可能学好英语呢？

　　学习英语主要就是操练句子，要说英语，学了要能说出来才是会了。课堂上我们留有大量的时间让孩子们朗读，表演。所以在英语课上积极发言就显得更加重要。我问那些不爱发言的孩子为什么不举手，他们说害怕错。我都是跟他们说：“即使错了也没关系，这样可以让老师发现你的问题在哪里并及时纠正。”作为家长也应该这样去鼓励他们，要他们抓住每次发言的机会。

　　作业是课堂教学的补充和巩固，作业完成质量的好坏直接关系到知识掌握的牢固程度。好的作业完成习惯包括按时完成作业和按时交作业，按老师的要求认真的，字迹清晰的正确的完成作业。虽然只有这几点，但真正做到也不是那么容易。特别他们还是孩子，孩子总有不自觉和管不住自己的时候，所以家长应该在这方面多下点工夫。当然这也是相对而言的。对于做作业习惯较好的学生，家长只需要在他完成作业之后检查一下就可以了。但对于习惯相对较差的孩子来说，作为家长你可能就要多花点时间陪着他写了。我们也能理解家长工作的繁忙，但是对于你们来说最重要的是孩子的教育问题，孩子的成材才是你们作为家长真正的成功！好的学习习惯对于他们的成材是非常重要的，有了好的习惯不管他今后做什么事都会成功的。

　　这学期我们的学习内容就是书上的六个学习单元，有两个复习单元，一学期掌握八个单元的单词，句子和课文其实并不多，只要扎扎实实地学好了这八个单元，本学期的英语就应该没什么问题了。教科书为我们提供了最好的教与学的资源，其他的辅导资料都是次要的。以书为本，扎扎实实地学好书上的知识，每个单元和每个部分才是最重要的。当然在学有余力的情况下我还是主张孩子多学一点，多做一点，这样对于孩子眼界的开阔以及他以后的升学都会有帮助的。

　　这学期，我希望我们老师和家长能相互配合、共同努力。让孩子养成良好的学习习惯，提高他的英语成绩。

　　我希望家长做到的是，每天根据孩子的英语作业进行检查是否完成，完成的质量如何。在这里我想说的是四年级朱源昊的家长在老师没有说一定要签字的情况下每天都在作业本上签字，这点很让我感动，至少他们是在关心孩子，是在和老师共同努力的。还有我们每天的英语作业都不是很多，一般在半小时内就能完成，有的孩子还是不能完成。好多课文句子就是在读读背背中记住的。学英语没有什么捷径，就是要读，背，练！你可以让孩子提前一刻钟起床，读读英语在去上学，效果会很好的。不要想孩子起不来，孩子太辛苦了。学习本来就是一件辛苦的事。现在不辛苦，以后会比现在更辛苦。你要让孩子明白这个道理。
